At Black Tie Ski Rentals we decided to tear down the walls of your conventional ski shop and created North America's premier ski and snowboard rental delivery service. We were motivated by the concept of having a completely guest oriented service. We pride ourselves on providing our customers with a truly extraordinary level of service and beating out our competition with our knowledge, work ethic and level of professionalism. Furthermore, we provide only the latest and greatest ski and snowboard equipment--all delivered at a time and place that's convenient for you.

The Process

  1. Make A Reservation: There are three easy ways to make a reservation. 
    • Online.  Visit our website, www.mammothskis.com, and click the RESERVE NOW button.  Next, follow our simple instructions and you will be on your way to the easiest and greatest ski and snowboard rental experience of your life.
    • Phone.  Simply give us a call, 760.934.7009 or 888.934.7009, and talk live to one of our qualified rental technicians who will walk you through the entire process and book your reservation over the phone.
    • Fax.  Just give us a call or send us an email, mammoth@blacktieskis.com, and we will send over our form.  Fill it out and send it back to complete your reservation.
  2. Delivery: Sit back and relax at your vacation accommodation with the company of your friends and family.  Your personal ski concierge will arrive on time to custom fit your equipment.  We also deliver a line of retail products for purchase including ski goggles, ski socks, sun screen, chap stick, and hand and toe warmers for any guest who feels it is time for an upgrade, has lost their luggage, or has simply arrived to the mountain underprepared.
  3. Slope Side Service: That’s right.  We are always just a phone call away.  Our slope side service means that with just one quick phone call, Black Tie will meet you on the hill for any requested changes or adjustments.  This allows the customer to maximize their time on the slopes—you won’t even have to take a run off.
  4. Return: When you are ready to return your equipment just give us a call and we will arrange a time to swing by and collect all of your gear.

"The Black Tie team provided us with tremendous service and excellent quality equipment at reasonable prices. We were met in our apartment upon arrival and fitted with boots and skis by a team of four for a family of four. It was all done in 30-45 minutes and we barely had to move from our chairs. Admittedly it was the start of the season, but all the equipment was brand new and of good quality. After fitting, the equipment was then whisked off to the Overnight Ski & Boot Valet at Mountain Village where it was waiting for us the next morning, only a few yards from the Gondola. So impressed were we with the service and convenience, we made use of the valet service throughout the week of our stay and Black Tie collected the equipment from there after our last day's skiing. Such a luxury for us European skiers - we've never had it so good! Can it ever be the same again? I also bought my own boots during the week and Black Tie cheerfully collected my rental boots from the valet and refunded me the rental cost for the remainder of the week. All in all great friendly service. Highly recommended!"
